The Space:
This is a remodeled 3BR/2BA Outrun condo that is right near the heart of the action in Mt. Crested Butte with great views of the resort.  The complex itself hosts a free shuttle stop right in front of the condominiums for easy access to town or the slopes and it also has an outdoor hot tub.  This is a truly great place to call home for a long weekend or a few weeks!

This newly renovated condo hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with new furniture throughout.  It is on the 3rd floor of the building which allows you incredible views of the surrounding mountains.  Once inside the unit all living is on 1 level with no more stairs to climb.  The condo has a nice warm open floor plan which integrates the kitchen, living and dining space into one.  Cathedral ceilings in the living and dining area give it a nice mountain feel.  Warm up after a long day in the mountains in front of the wood burning fireplace while you enjoy the big screen TV in the living room.  

The kitchen was completely renovated and features granite, new cabinets and new appliances along with 3 bar seats to go with the large dining area that seats 6.  Off of the living and dining area you can access the balcony which has incredible views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. There is a communal gas grill by the hot tub.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The unit has everything needed for guests with small children, including a high-chair, pack-n-play, toys and children's books. 

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a small balcony off of it.  It also has an ensuite newly renovated bathroom featuring a natural stone shower and heated floors.

The first guest bedroom has a double bed in it and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twins.  These 2 bedrooms share a beautifully renovated bathroom with a tub and shower.  This bathroom also features heated floors.

A new full sized washer and dryer are also in the unit for your use and all baseboard heaters in the condo were replaced this summer.

The outdoor hot tub, gas grill and tennis courts are just a few steps away and are for guest use.  The hot tub is one of the few open year round (including off-season).  Tennis is of course also seasonal from Summer to Fall.


The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes next to the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter. The ski lifts are a short 10 minute walk from the unit.

Guests that are 25 years or older are welcome.  Guests under 25 are welcome with their parents or guardians. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. 

Firewood is in the garage, help yourself!

The condo has high-speed wifi and cable.

Parking for Outrun Condominiums – You may park ONE vehicle in the garage and TWO vehicles in the parking lot with parking passes.  You will find the parking passes in the condo.  Please return these to the condo.  Failure to do so will incur a $25 fee per pass for replacement. 
Not more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available.

The Neighborhood:
The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot.

Awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dogrun. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for skiing. We walked to the mountain and it took about 8 minutes. The only time we took the shuttle was when the snow was coming down pretty hard. I’d stay there again!

Roomy stay with all the amenities, including a garage that worked perfect for bike storage. Walking distance to mountain base and located on the shuttle route for easy rides too and from town. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in CB

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfectly on the bus route, our family of 5 had plenty of room, the property was updated/clean/comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, while we didn't have enough time play any of the board games it was cool to see so many fun games available, and even the community hot tub was great. In all, we had a great time and would recommend to others.

Beautiful location

The property is beautiful. It was very quiet, beautiful scenery from the windows/balcony, clean and very comfortable. The condo was also close to town and the mountain. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but did check out the beautiful space. I highly recommend this location, owner, and management team. The only suggestion I would recommend is putting information about the heat and maybe I form people who are not familiar with CO. That many of the homes do not have AC. We couldn’t understand why it was getting so warm in the condo and it was because the floor heaters were turning on. Thanks for making us feel at home!

We liked the space, the updated decor, the bedding. Need more soap! Also, maybe be clearer about stairs. With altitude adjustment hauljng stuff up two flights after a 12 hour drive was tough. Enjoyed it though!

Nice condo-but lots of stairs to get in

The condo was nice and clean. Lots of linens provided. Beds and couch were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Internet speed was fine for remote working. There are two long staircases to get into the property, which I don't remember if that is listed on description or not. Also some of the local tenants smoke outside in the evening so we could smell the smoke with our patio door and windows open. We got the wrong code to unlock door when we checked in so it took a while to work that out but property manager was nice and helpful. The directions that were emailed about the property were also a little confusing and unclear. The property is very nice and well maintained.

The only complaints I have is the address on VRBO was Gothic Rd unit 4D. That unit suffix doesn't help anyone when the buildings are named "Outlander' or some other. We had to go to each building and enter the code for the fourth room in each until we opened what was apparently unit 4D

Property was great and as advertised. Was obviously newly renovated (looked like nobody had stayed before us). We are a simple group but I thought it had everything we needed and more. Bus ride to and from the resort base/lifts was short and frequent. Wish we would have had more time there.
