„Just perfect, We were not sure when we booked as it was just a place to stay while we visited friends, but if we are in the area we will go back the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely. What can I say about the pub, well all pubs should be like this. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing. „The location was pretty nice, being central to the Bury St. Edmunds town center. The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. Other than that, the room was alright and comfortable enough. I’m not too sure it was entirely worth the cost, but it was alright. I’ll say 7/10.“

„The property is absolutely lovely and the staff are excellent. The breakfast is also really great. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and want to come back. The only minor negatives were, the TV is ridiculously small and most of the Freeview channels don’t work due to low or poor signal - surely a hotel in 2025 can resolve this issue? "I was a little bit worried about having booked a room without windows but let met tell you it was great. The rooms are in great conditions and clean. The hotel is located perfectly for a city or football trip. For this price the hotel is a bargain!"
