I don't like that I noticed bugs crawling on microwave table,picture frame,and corner of bed immediately,and the toilet hadn't been cleaned,I returned to front desk immediately. After explaining and getting on phone with Expedia,that took 2 hours,then my refund was supposed to be next morning,instead of right then,per hotel and Expedia now I'm being told theirs nothing Expedia can do. Well that's unacceptable, people shouldn't get robbed,while hotel with bugs and large company for profit of my reservations, decide I'm the one stuck paying for a infested room that I didn't stay in. IS THIS STziLL AMERICA???
