„Great location and beautiful inside. Everything except the University grounds are in walkable distance. Behind the hotel is a public parking garage that offers very affordable rates. For us it was a perfect stay. “

„Very nice place“

„Zentral gelegen, Restaurants und Cafes alles fussläufig erreichbar. Das Konzept Residence Inn und Coutyard gemeinsam in einem Gebäude ist gelungen. Starbucks ist präsent. Auch Getränke und Snacks sind an der Bar erhältlich. “

„Great location right next to the Univ of Tennessee.“

„Unfortunately they forgot to do the room service (house keeping). Should not happen for this price level …“

„Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Rooms very clean and beds were very comfortable“

„Only bad thing is I can’t eat . Have to book 24 hour in advance the dinner“

„VERY VERY OLD AND WORN....disappointing!! Nice staff however.“

„Clean. Great breakfast! Our neighbors came in at 12:30 and were very loud and played tv loudly“

„Staff was very helpful and polite. Excellent breakfast service. Clean and pleasant environment“

„The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. The location was great for commuting to our event. Not a complaint, but the bar is supposed to open at 5. The bar tender arrived at 2 minutes till and took an additional 15 minutes to “open.” There were several customers that left because they were not being served. My group waited and were served with delicious lemon drop shots.“
