„This property needs a lot of help“

„Multiple outlets in the room did not function and one was not even grounded. When I brought this issue up after a night of no water in the entire hotel, the day time manager REFUSED to compromise to find a solution and even hung up on me and only agreed to compromise once I escalated to customer relations. Shockingly, the second room also had the same issue with outlets-plugs would just fall out of the receptacle. So, no reason to switch rooms. I requested to speak with the general manager via ...

„Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Best Western in Anderson. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir genossen ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sogar der Orangensaft war sehr gut. Vor dem Hotel gibt es extragrosse Parkplätze, sodass wir unser Wohnmobil problemlos parkieren konnten. Fussläufig erreicht man verschiedene Restaurants. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.“

„The bed was so comfy, room was good nice n big! They patched the ceiling in the bathroom n u could see it, hubby said there was MOLD! I took a shower in the morning n the water wouldn't drain in the tub, very annoying, upon telling the front desk were checking out the lady was so confused asked for my name so I tild her she looked at the computer screen like i'd never sen anyone do, then asks for my first name, which i thought was ODD! Get someone who understands ENGLISH! I told her about issues ...

„Kind owners and quiet property. I've stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed both stays.“

„The staff was friendly, but check in was long. The building at night was filled with marijuana smoke on both nights we stayed, and the dog barking was annoying the first day. Overall, it was a Motel 6, so expectations were low.“

„Front desk staff made check in easy and she was so nice. Overall, the stay was wonderful.“

„I have to start by saying the staff was all amazingly kind, helpful, and joyous. The breakfast was great. Well stocked, with a great selection. The pool is out of commission right now for renovations (which I knew from previous reviews before booking) and the building is nice. Would stay again, esp after it finishes its refresh. My complaint is with Expedia and the hotel booking. So no specific person to blame, but a big big big fail on this systems part. I am a double amputee and ...

„Got a King Suite and expected the couch to be comfortable, but it's cushions were slanted and hard. Something was clearly mechanically wrong with the fold out bed. Also the king mattress was hard and I could feel the springs“
