Rose’s Palace is an ancient palace on three floors located in the historic centre of Cortona, an ancient town with Etruscan origins. The palace is located in a central position, but at the same time secluded and quiet, that makes it perfect for both those who are seeking silence and quiet or comfort. During the years it has been subject to renovation that makes it comfortable and perfect either for short or long stays.
Rose’s Palace develops on three levels, and It can easily host up to 8 guests, thanks to its 4 wide double bedrooms.

The property has the main entrance on the ground floor, where you can find a living room provided with sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV, afterwards a small hallway where there is a beautiful stone stairway, that takes to the upper floors and ends with a wonderful skylight liberty style. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen, fully equipped with all you need to make your favourite dishes, and complete with a big dining table. Going up to the first floor you can find a complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a double bedroom. On the upper mezzanine floor, it is located a toilet with sink and wc. Going on to the second floor there are two double bedrooms. At the end you arrive to the top of the palace, on the third floor, where you can find a bathroom full of shower, washer and dryer, and the last double bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into one double bed characterized by a balcony from which you can admire the beautiful glimpse over Cortona and over the wonderful church of San Francesco. Each bedroom is complete with a wardrobe.
Rose’s Palace is equipped with free Wi-Fi connection. Baby chair and baby bed on request, heating with an additional fee. Animals allowed with surcharge. Fans in the bedrooms.
