The flat is on two levels. Rooms as follows:

Ground floor:

- Second bedroom with bunk beds plus one single bed

On the lower ground floor:
- TV room/seating area
- Kids space

Separated from the main apartment, with a dedicated private access there is a third bedroom that contains washer/dryer and two additional beds.
This can be the maid room or eventually used for children/boys.
En-suite bathroom is available in this room as well.

Private car park available just outside the entrance door.
