My experience was a mixed bag. Pros: The staff is very friendly. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are nice. The compound feels safe, and there is plenty of free parking. The outdoor spaces are pleasant and well equipped with robust furniture. Cons: The living room is very dark, and the furniture looks and feels like it's straight out of goodwill, with scratches and stains everywhere. The kitchen looks like it was last updated in the 1980s and smells of mould. The plumbing is clunky. It takes forever for warm water to arrive in the primary bathroom, and it's virtually impossible to adjust the temperature. The pool closes at 5 pm, which I find is too early. Overall, I would only recommend this residence if you plan to spend most of your stay outside the compound, sightseeing, hiking, cycling, or surfing. If you are looking for a place where you hope to spend most of your day, I would look at other options.

Geschrieben wird, dass Handtücher 3x Woche getauscht werden. Tatsächlich mussten wir zu Rezeption gehen um neue Handtücher zu holen, da dies noch nicht mal einmal erfolgte.

Gemütliches Appartement, sehr nettes Personal, Reinigung 2x Woche, auch kein Problem, wenn man mehr Bettwäsche oder Handtücher benötigte, Strandtücher wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt und konnten täglich ausgewechselt werden. Sehr gute Lage, mitten in Playa Blanca. Würden es wieder buchen. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es eher für Senioren gedacht ist, das Klientel bestand hauptsächlich aus Senioren aus England, es waren eher weniger Familien mit kleinen Kindern da.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, der Pool ist sauber. Lolo war sehr nett und hilfreich - mein Zimmer war immer gut gereinigt. An der Rezeption gab es sehr nette, aber auch eine recht unfreundliche Dame. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist (20 Min) kann auch eine Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants finden. Der nächste Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war okay, das Abendessen super.
