„Food was amazing. Only issue wa with Alejandro at the front desk. When we said no to a time share tour he changed our room to a bottom floor The resort was less than 50% occupied and he Mention we were on the top floor with ocean view Everting else was a great choice to go. Just might not come back due to Alejandro. “

„The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were ...

„Horrible food poisoning third day in. Paid for a one bedroom ocean front suite. Room was immediately over their primary restaurant and adjacent to their entertainment plaza. This meant loud music until midnight and woken up by breakfast preparation right out our windows at 4am with scraping furniture and staff talking. Had to leave 2 days early for medical treatment. I would not stay here again for free.“

„Amazing resort. From the minute you entered the gorgeous open air lobby the staff was very welcoming. Your wish was their command. From the 7 restaurants, to every bar/lounge, and the two pools the service was overwhelming. The best we have ever experienced. We reserved a room with a swim up feature. My first ever experience. It was enjoyable. The grounds were well landscaped and maintained. I highly recommend this resort.“

„We booked a room for four, but the bedding for the third and fourth guests was an extremely uncomfortable pull-out bed provided without a blanket. It was poor quality and not worth the price. Additionally, we were incorrectly charged for snacks that we never even touched. The beach at this location was unusable; there was no dedicated swimming area, and a black flag was up due to dangerous conditions and jellyfish. Meanwhile, other resorts just 20 minutes away had safe, accessible swimming ...
