„The Marquis was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing. Only draw back was the overall selection of beer. Gift shop is something to avoid. Another negated we didn’t receive the resort credit as sold on Expedia. Very important to get the app on arrival, the other Marquis app had nothing to do with our stay.“

„When we arrived they told us our solarium room was not available because of electrial being shut off. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. Its clean, safe, staff is friendly, all the restaurants and buffet was delicious. Bed was comfortable, and we are picky. Had extra pillow and blanket, ironing board and iron in closet. They have coffee in room, drinks in fridge, room service was ...

„We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay.“

„This is a 5 Star resort! It was wonderful, the staff were great and the food was top notch for an all inclusive. Definitely get the all inclusive because pricing in general was high. The only downside was that they are building a hotel right across from the resort and it is a bit noisy and the beautiful views will be blocked soon.“

„The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on“
