„Our family of five included my 89 year old mother in law. The rooms were big and convenient and had beautiful views from the balcony.The property was beautiful and had many restaurants to choose from. The pools were amazing and the pool bars had very good service. The tequila and taco bar and Sr. Sushi were my family's favorites.“
„Wir buchten vor einem Monat ein Zimmer mit 35m2 - tatsächlich wurde uns ein Raum mit max. 22m2 zugeteilt, da kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar war.
Soweit, so gut. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber; alles in Ordnung....
Als wir dann abends zurück kamen, konnten wir unseren Ohren nicht trauen, da wir die Gespräche in der Lobby hören konnten und auch das laute Lachen jener Hotelgäste, die gleich nebenan auf den Lift warteten bzw. ebenfalls in ihre Zimmer wollten.
Der Grund dafür war schnell gefunden: ...
„The hotel was clean and we felt comfortable. However what we were really shocked about is that for breakfast they serve ONLY plastic utensils and optional plastic cups and plates. I dont want to imagine the enormous amounts of extra plastic garbage they produce every day. Also they changed the linen every day despite the announcement letter in the rooms that they would do so every second day in order to preserve the environment.
Every day after cleaning one towel was missing and the reception ...
