The dedicated dock right outside your door can accommodate a vessel up to 26' long and 14’ wide.

Property Description
There is a master bedroom downstairs with its own private entrance and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. Both with showers. There is a convenient access directly from the kitchen to the side patio, where you will find the propane grill ready to cook your delicious meals. You can walk right out the side gate of your extended patio from the private door of the lower master bedroom.

We have provided Tennis equipment & For those interested in fishing, we have provided some starter tackle in the patio closet although we cannot guarantee the state of them as they get quite a bit of use. There is a place to clean your catch with a water station that you may use, we just ask you to clean it up after use.

The guests have access to the entire property except for the upstairs balcony closet, bathroom closet and owners closet.
