Summary:

Two minutes to Rockport Beach and Ski Bay, boutique shopping, and fantastic restaurants! Blue Wave is a new three bedroom, two bathroom home located in a golf cart friendly area! There is a ton of parking so bring the boat, kayaks, jet skis, and outdoor games.

Inside you will open concept living filled with natural light. The living room features two comfy sofas, a huge bean bag for the kiddos, and a massive 85 inch TV that is perfect to gather around for the big game or movie night.



The Space:

The fully stocked kitchen wraps around the large island and has stainless steel appliances. The dining table has seating for six and there are three barstools at the kitchen island.

The first bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom features a king sleep number bed, a 55 inch TV, and attached bathroom.

The big backyard has tons of space and is a great spot to watch the sun go down while enjoying a cool beverage.

Grill the days catch on the propane grill or the charcoal grill.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, including the open-concept living area with its comfy sofas and 85-inch TV. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a large island, is also available. Enjoy the backyard with space for outdoor games and relaxing. Both a propane grill and a charcoal grill are provided for your use.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Rockport, Blue Wave offers easy access to the best the area has to offer. You're just a short walk or golf cart ride away from Rockport Beach (approximately 2 minutes!), perfect for a day of sun and sand. Explore the charming boutique shops and indulge in the fantastic restaurants nearby. For those who enjoy fishing, the area provides excellent opportunities. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and friendly community that Rockport is known for. With its convenient location, you'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation right at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

Getting around Blue Wave is a breeze! You'll find plenty of free parking on the premises, perfect for bringing your boat, kayaks, or jet skis. While Rockport is a golf cart-friendly area, public transportation options are limited. For air travel, the closest airport is Aransas County Airport (RKP), a short drive away. Major transit hubs are not readily accessible via public transport, so a car is recommended for exploring the area and accessing nearby attractions.

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew sufficient time to prepare the home for the next guests. Parking is free on the premises, and there is plenty of space for your vehicles, boat, kayaks, and jet skis. Please be aware that smoking is not allowed inside the property.
