Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Nice.

Very nice, clean and well-maintained property. Repurposed old church, interesting. Walking distance to the marina and museum. Cottage/room #2, not very big but big enough for us, the layout is a little weird, the TV is off to the side from where the bed faces. If it were my place I would try to move the TV and the bed more to the center of the room to make it more comfortable to watch TV, since the bed is the only place you can really watch TV from. My only real issue is the residual smell of the cleaning fluids which I found a little overpowering and made it difficult to sleep the first night. My spouse doesn't have a problem with this sort of thing, I find it a problem in many places we stay, so maybe I'm over-sensitive. Anyway, the second night wasn't so bad, either the smell lessened, or the newly purchased Benadryl wiped it out. Also, could use some stir sticks or utensils for the coffee, and maybe some real coffee mugs and glasses instead of the paper cups.

Awesome Place

Cozy cottage in a well kept area near the police station. Great surroundings in walking distance for the marina, park, etc. The cottage is very nice with great decor and cleanliness. Thanks for the opportunity to stay again and again. My second star and I plan to have this as my stay destination.

Amazing!

Rockport Cottages

Had a great stay, the cottage was the perfect size for 1 person. Also loved that I was able to have my dogs with me on my trip back home. The place was spotless, very neat and clean. The only 2 things that I would say could improve at this property is maybe having a small fenced in community yard for the dogs and also cutting the grass shorter to shew away the mosquitoes! Other than that, I highly recommend.

Such a cute, cute place! I’ve stayed here several times now in Cottages 2 and 7. Love it! So close to the beach and town! Cottages are always clean! Nina is easy to contact and readily available.

I really enjoyed my stay in Rockport. Never been. The cottage was perfect. Close to the beach. The property was really nice as well. I'm not used to having such nice lush grass. Being next to a main road, you would think you would hear traffic but it was quiet inside. Just FYI, if you are not used to a Roku tv, you will want to download the Roku remote app. The actual remote doesn't haven't volume buttons apparently. Nor does the TV from what I could tell. Everything was great and I would highly recommend.

Great/chaotic 😂

Well we first were in a unit 3 and were shockingly awakened at 7 am to pounding in the next room. Thought someone was coming thru the wall. Called Ms Nina and she assisted us very quickly and moved us to unit 5 which was away from the noise. I do want to inform you all that we did have a small problem with fleas in that unit. I know it’s pet friendly but would recommend treating for fleas in that unit. We had to wear some tea tree oil to keep them off away after my wife had been bitten quite a bit. All and all we had a great stay and wonderful time in Rockport. It’s our go to place to get away at least twice a year. Big shout out to Ms. Nina who was very awesome, kind and super helpful. Good stay!

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is off of a busy street and there is a construction site across the street. This is not their fault but it was pretty noisy. This is the perfect spot if you have a family thing or a few friends because there are several cabins.

Reasonable Pricing on a Nice Cottage

It was so nice to stay in a cute cottage rather than a hotel room, so I'll be returning to it next year when I visit. Cutely decorated, just right size for my needs, and great communication with the property manager and her timely responses. Couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay there.
