Guests at Hatch's Nest can enjoy the shared grounds, patio/outside dining area, as well as the shared waterfront across the road. Stunning views of Otsego Lake from all over the property make this location a great break in the action of everyday life.

The open concept layout of this studio apartment is great for a small group. There is a large main room with a living and dining area overlooking the lake, as well as 2 Queen beds, and a SmartTV. Every day is a good day when you wake up and can see the beautiful emerald waters of Otsego Lake. Just off the main room, there is a small kitchen area with everything you need for a short visit to the Cooperstown area.

A short walk down the driveway and across the road, you will find your private waterfront. At the waterfront, guests can swim, fish, use one of the many kayaks and water toys, and relax while enjoying the stunning views of Otsego Lake

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the shared patio as you watch the sunrise, play cornhole in the yard, swim, fish, rent a boat, you might want to tell your coach you're going to be late to the games. It's going to be tough to leave Hatch's Nest.
