The location is great, making it easy to go back and forth the house in between games or bop into the Village of Cooperstown for dinner or visit the National Baseball Hall of fame. In the summer there is a sweet little farm stand across the road where you can get all kinds of fresh homegrown veggies and more.

Cooperstown Cottage is a stand alone house with a private driveway and off the street parking. The main entrance leads you into the kitchen and the 1st floor bathroom with laundry is located just to the right. Very convenient from the pool area. There is formal dining room with original features still intact such as tin ceilings, built in hutch and beautiful hardwood floors. Leading from the dining room into the large living room with a large smart TV, books and board games to keep your group entertained. There is a door leading outside to the sweet little side covered porch with seating.

The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor all with smart TVs and queen beds and hardwood floors. The 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo in located in the hallway just outside of the primary bedroom.
