Unser Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einer wunderschönen Region. Das Appartement bietet alles was benötigt wird, Pasquale war immer erreichbar und bei hat bei kleinen Problemen umgehend geholfen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Appartement nur über 121 Treppenstufen erreichbar ist

Stunning views and great location!

We stayed at the property and it was amazing! Great views of Amalfi! Pasquale communicated very well with us and met us when we arrived, helped carry our luggage and welcomed us! Location is great to go to Amalfi, capri and Positano. The restaurant just down from the apartment is also amazing!!!

Amazing View and Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home. The view was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the large private terrace. Yes there are two staircases to get up to the house but this is the Amalfi Coast everything is on a hillside. The location is convenient to a grocery store and several great restaurants. The parking lot was very convenient. The house is well equipped and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were sad to leave.

Great Unit!

This unit was perfect for our group of 6 ladies! There was a bed for everyone and the two bathrooms were very welcome ;) Great view from the amazing balcony. Beware, there are a lot of steps to get the amazing view, but Pasquale is wonderful and so great to help carry the luggage! I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful views

Beautiful property - excellent views of the sea. The property has all one needs to enjoy their stay at the Amalfi Coast. The property is bit further away from Positano and Amalfi than we thought - and bus access can be limited on wknds - but it’s a lovely place with ACs in the bedrooms. The WiFi was limited, but we worked around that issue. The market and the restaurant near the property were excellent!

Très belle endroit là vu magnifique. Bémol: les marches ufff d’eau coup des marche à monter, il y a eu de manque avant notre arrivée qu’aurait dû être vérifier avant, air climatisé première chambre ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait de l’eau qui coulé de la pompe d’eau dans une salle de bain. Tous a été réparer au deuxième ours qu’on été la, l’extérieur très jolie mais l’intérieur vieux.

Gorgeous views and a very comfortable apartment

Pasquale and Raphael were wonderful hosts! They were very helpful with guidance and information. The views are spectacular and the apartment is clean and comfortable and includes everything you will need for your stay. Easy to get to Amalfi via bus and from there to take the ferry to other towns along the coast. Grazie Mille!

Spacious, clean, AMAZING view, right next to a great supermarket and an incredible restaurant. Highly recommend Pasquale and this property!!!! Pasquale helped us with our luggage when we arrived and during check-in he thoroughly explained the bus schedule, how to get to the nearest beach, and set us up with umbrellas and chairs at the beach as well as arranged a sunset tour on a private boat with Captain Felipo for us. When I booked the apartment and asked for advice, Pasquale pointed me to a private driver named Gianni who was absolutely wonderful. This property and Pasquale and his connections made our stay on the Amalfi Coast PERFECT!!!!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay in this home in Conca Dei Marini. The host Pasquale was very pleasant to deal with and responsive with any questions we had. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent with some great restaurants close by. We would highly recommend staying here... the views are spectacular as well. The welcome bottle of Prosseco was very much appreciated. Wonderful relaxing villa

Even though the villa is a bit farther out from the main city, it’s view of the sea made it worth it. Pasquale was available if we needed any help and even helped us get to the villa on our first day about where to get off the bus. The lemons he gave us were simply delicious as well

Amazing Stay

We were greeted warmly by Pasquale. He was very thoughtful and explained to us how everything works and how to commute from one neighborhood to the other. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne!! The house is very nice with amazing views!! We didn’t want to leave. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Loved this property! Pasquale was an awesome host. He met us in person and gave us lots of important info about the town, dining options, transportation, etc. The view was fabulous!! The apartment had just about anything you could need. The only negative (and it’s a small one) is that there’s only one shower. Even though there are 2 bathrooms, the other one has a large spa bathtub only. However, that wouldn’t deter me from staying at this awesome property again. We loved it!

Great place in Conca dei Marini!

Great flat with beautiful views of the sea. Worked great for my family of four (2 adult children). Plenty of space and two bathrooms. Pasquale is an excellent host and the flat was very clean. There are a few stairs to climb, but there are stairs everywhere on the Amalfi coast. There is a small market on the street next to the stairs to the flat and two restaurants and two cafes within a few minutes walk. We had a rental car and found easy street parking near the flat. Parking pass was 5 euros/day. Would definitely stay there again.

Most relaxing and beautiful stay with a view

After a busy few days in Rome & Florence, my family of 6 had a welcome respite by the sea. We loved this apartment. Pasquale was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Note :: you’ll want to visit the nearby towns and plan to spend on taxis as the sita is unreliable, we visited in March and the bus was full 2 of the 3 times we tried. 50eu to Amalfi (our favorite) and 100Eu to positano. You must plan to shop at Angelos market below for food and produce for your stay. DELIGHTFUL! We enjoyed Ninos and also watching a lively soccer game below. As long as you understand that there’s stairs and plan to taxi, you’ll be in great shape! This time was along of favorites in Italy!

Exactly what we hoped for

Incredibly clean and spacious house with fantastic views of the sea. We had a great time here. It's good value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends and family alike. Pasquale has ensured the house is well-equipped, and takes some time to help you familiarise with the surrounding area (as well as securing your all-important parking permit!). I would say that the description of the beds per room should probably be A) 1x double, B) 2x single, and C) 1x single, but this is hardly a big deal. I would also warn some travellers about the stairs up to the accommodation, but that's true of almost all properties along the coast here.

Beautiful view and beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at Casa Raffaele. The host Pasquale was an excellent communicator and super helpful. The location was great because we were right between Amalfi and Positano so it was easy to get around. Conca is a beautiful town as well. Lots to see. There’s a supermarket and a wonderful dinner restaurant right beside the unit. The home is spacious and clean and having two bathrooms was helpful. The one thing to note is that you will need to climb stairs to get up to the unit so be prepared. The view is worth it as is the unit if you have a family travelling with you. Like staying with family

Pasquale stayed in contact with me even before we arrived, greeted us, and helped carry our stuff up the 120 steps to his father’s terrace home! He continued to guide us, with maps and info about the area, and the beautiful home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. There were fresh lemons on the table and a bottle of champagne in the fridge. The washing machine was a nice plus (but be aware that machines in Italy take much longer than what we are used to in the U.S.) And there was a clothesline with pins, so we could hang out our things like the locals! He gave us good recommendations for restaurants, markets and safe ATM’s. It was the perfect place to “get away from it all” and enjoy the amazing coastal views!
