Checked in on May 2 for a wedding and checked out on May 3. The young man at the desk when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast on Saturday morning was excellent.
After checking out on Sat. and driving several hours home I realized I had left a clothing bag hanging in the closet of my hotel room. I immediately called the front desk at the Hampton in Springhill to arrange for a relative to pick up this item as he was leaving Spring Hill on Sun. morning. The lady at the desk was not at all helpful and said I would have to call the next morning at 9am and talk to the housekeeping supervisor.
I knew exactly where my item was but she was not willing to discuss it or help me.
This is causing much inconvenience for my relative to have to wait until 9am or later to pick my item up. He had planned to leave Springhill early on Sun. and will now have to wait.
This s NOT acceptable customer service.
