„The check-in process was flawless, our unit could have been a bit cleaner (the kitchen floor could have used a good sweeping under the kitchen table). All the "notes that were left around were nice and very helpful, I wish there would have been one that said you can only use the air conditioner in one room at a time though (it took some effort to figure that one out). Overall, our stay was great. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars and would stay here again. :)“

The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. “

The only negative was the light switch and vent in the bathroom are one switch... should be on separate switches... at night it is distracting. „Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter ...

„The property was as stated and we enjoyed our stay. Disappointed that the hot tub jets were not working and it was difficult to find towels for the pool. Overall though it met our needs for a quick one night stay.“

Well set out, well equipped, very well located in Colorado Springs, it was everything we needed. Quiet, clean. Communication with the management team… if needed… was easy and friendly. We’d recommend these apartments to anyone needing a short to long term stay.“

„Brenda is a wonderful person with a lovely home in nice neighborhood. I am glad I was able to meet her. During my stay the temperatures were in excess of 95 degrees, because the air conditioning was never turned on during my stay I was literally unable to sleep until it finally cooled down about 4am (I get up for work at 6). The list of amenities is completely inaccurate. Due to the high fees associated and because there are no amenities there is no value.“

Viel Gutes, aber auch ein paar Minuspunkte

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
