„We loved our stay at Steve and Ann's VRBO. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming. My 2 children loved it. The vintage decor was really fun. The hot tub and spacious back patio was great. The neighborhood was quiet and had a secluded feel with lots of pines throughout. It was all just perfect for a multi-day adventure in Colorado Springs. If we are back in the Springs, we'd definitely stay with Steve and Ann again. “

The surrounding area is not particularly attractive, with no landscaping. You can park one sedan along the street, but when we arrived with two sedans, we encountered some parking difficulties. There is an additional parking area available, but it's on a slightly elevated ground, making it suitable only for SUVs. It can accommodate two SUVs. This apartment is not ideal ...

„The little apartment was even better than described. Kelley was communicative, friendly, and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed our dogs. It was cozy, comfortable, and warm (especially as it snowed while we were there.) This was our first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel and because of Kelley and how she took care of us, we will do it again--and definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelley!! :-)“

„My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean. “
