„Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players.“

„I have stayed at this property before without issue. This time was the exception. On my first evening I had a heavy leak in the bathroom. All of my toiletries and cosmetic bags were soaked and I had to quickly move to another room. When I checked out I mentioned this to the clerk who didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the matter. I would have thought it would have been documented. This property is in need of some TLC. “

„We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor.
We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out.
