„Best location and very nice traditional vibes“

„Perfect location and super friendly staff“

„All location , clean, services were excellent. Access to property should be improved Thanks“

„Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it“

„prime location, misleading listing. I thought we were staying at a resort. Turns out this listing has nothing to do with the resort. „The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. „Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone “
