We had to sit around for 3 hours and wait as they were not willing to hold our luggage somewhere. Also, the breakfast timing starts only at 8.30 am earliest, for a business trip, this is not sufficient. „Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it“
