„Not kept updated. Wouldn’t stay again.“

„The was clean and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom had some type of black residue on top of counter but staff came immediately to clean. Two things that I did not like,No one came to service room the next day or asked if clean towels were needed and when checking in I was told that I would have put down a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. „Alles sehr gut. Der Kühlschrank war etwas laut “

„Need outside cleaned, hallways needed cleaned, pool and hot tub needs a major cleaned. Breakfast ok . Very noisy hotel not just highway.. you can hear EVERYTHING going on“

The other problem I had was because I booked through Expedia, the property was not able to get paid by Expedia. They were given an invalid virtual credit card number. Thus the expense of the motel room wasn't being covered and the hotel required me to provide MY credit card info " in case they weren't able to get paid by Expedia."This was ...
