„The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. “

„The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!“

„It was a great place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It was a nice location, and the price was great. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach was a couple minutes more than we thought, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was quick to communicate, and gave us all the information we needed. We would stay there again.“

„My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. „Our stay in the condo was great! The place was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the amenities we needed. The location was a convenient walk to the grocery store and restaurants as well as the pools. We had a little trouble with one showers, but the property management company addressed and corrected the issue promptly. Having the extra fans in the bedrooms helped, as the airflow from the air conditioner didn't cover those rooms very well. “

„We had a great 8 night stay. Handy man very responsive. Our frige went out and he brought us a cooler and ice and was fixed in short order. We got a flat tire on our rental van and he removed the tire took it to a local shop and had it fixed and returned and reinstalled it in less than an hour. in it was only 10 Of course he gave him way more for it. Having the pool and the beach was great - I would highly recomend this property!!!!“

„It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay.
It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat. Very disappointed at the misleading information given.
We have always trusted Hotel.com and use them all the time. A valuable lesson was learned.

"Das Hotel ist sehr nett. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, die Betten waren groß und bequem. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Spüle und Kaffeemaschine und einen Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer etwas eng. Der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet und geht in den Restaurantbereich über. Mit einem Tagespass dürfen auch Nicht-Gäste den Pool nutzen. Das Hotel liegt am Strand und gegenüber des Sportplatzes, wo am Wochenende auch schon mal gespielt wird. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, teilweise mit live Musik. "
