„Nice little cottage, clean with a few "bugs" that had been exterminated. But you're at the lake, to be expected. Dock/boathouse provided adequate docking. Landing for boat launch directly across from property. Convenient. Has ductless A/C which was adequate for our stay but not sure how it will compensate for 110 degree Georgia summers . Would stay again.“
