„This property is newly remodeled and you can feel the love and personal attention given to the remodel. The property history is in the binder for the property. I love the setting at the base of the mountain close to a creek, surrounded by a field of horses, to be very relaxing!! It was close to the caverns for a concert! It was Clean and had all the basic supplies you may need for a stay. I would love to return one day!“

„I knew this rental was near a state road but there was a lot of traffic noise both day & night. There's nothing to be remedied about traffic. It is what it is! The home had 2 bedrooms which was great and the beds were very comfy. That makes this rental very family friendly. We had no issues getting into the home. There was no need to contact the host. Cleanliness wasn't the best but I'm a neat freak. We enjoyed our stay!!“

It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. “
