„I stayed four nights while in town for a fishing tournament. I didn't spend a lot of time at Stephen's place other than sleeping, but it was perfect for me. Ideally located very near a boat ramp, plenty of parking for my truck and small boat trailer, and peaceful and quiet when it was time for some shut eye. I loved the front porch! I would definitely book again if I'm ever down that way again!“

„Best host on the app. Absolute great cabin. It has everything you need. Close to trails, water features, it was quiet, clean and the cabin was so cool. Lots of windows in the front, made you feel like you were camping outdoors. Super cozy bedroom, huge comfy futon and the electric fireplace was a perfect addition. It kept us plenty warm, but has 2 HVAC units if you need. 8“

„We literally wanted for nothing while staying here! The house is equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are well-appointed and recently updated. Sadly, the back deck was covered in snow and ice while we stayed there, so we couldn’t use it. However, it is a fantastic amenity! We would definitely stay there again.“

„Great property located right on the lake. The interior was clean and accommodating. Enjoyed the outside as well. Nice fire pit area with plenty of wood. Located near the pavilion on the lake with Adirondack seating for some relaxing moments by the water. Only negative was the unit was listed with a queen size bed but turned out to be a full size, no big deal we made do and had a great time. Would definitely rent this property again!“

„The cabin was great for an overnight stay to see a show at The Caverns. About a 5-10 minute drive to caverns. We felt very safe in that development. We also took a great hike to the falls before going to the show. We were challenged with getting the air conditioning going (not their fault). However, we put in a call and while we were at the concert, we came back and everything was good to go. “

„The house is centrally located on Sewanee campus. I am not giving it 5 stars only because the house is pretty old with some quirks like undulating floors, no dishwasher, the TV could only be used for DVDs, and the surrounding properties are poorly maintained (old car in a bush?) Five stars would be for something fancier, but it was a good value, charming, and we enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with.“
