Chalets in Clwyd suchen

„Avoid like the plague. This place is unfit to stay in. I had expectrd outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. „Specifies no dogs yet the caravan smelled of dogs there was dog bowls a dog mat and a sign in the caravan saying clean up after any pets, not good when you have allergies. Also no cleaner had bedn in before our stay, if they had they nedd sacking“

„Property was great perfect but the check in time on here is wrong they won't let your check in till an hour passed check-in and when we tried to contact them we got no answer“

„Had a strange smell, reasonably clean, beds ok! Staff at main reception were rude and not very helpful with booking activities and found it costly to access swimming“

„The hut looked really shabby from the outside but, thankfully, it was better inside. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc. The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover. The mattress was stained. As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just.“

„We spent 2 days in this lovely cabin, had perfect weather and a great time. My two teenagers enjoyed having a sleeping room for themselves, we sat on the terrace next to the river and took advantage of the heated pool. The living room is not particularly cosy but everything you need is there and in a good condition. The kitchen is quite well equipped and communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely come back.“
