„Jane was very welcoming and the apartment itself was lovely. We had a great weekend, of course, being in love helped a good deal!“

„A lovely old building with uneven floors and stairs that made walking around funny! Room was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice as was the owner. No complaints, except perhaps the limited ale/beer - could have had more variety of Hobson or other local breweries than lager/cider which meant we only stayed for one pint, before finding a pub that had beer we enjoyed. Shame really as it was a lovely old pub“

„Really nice pub, convenient for Ludlow and the Shropshire Hills. Winter weekend break for us, nice big clean quiet room, comfy bed, plenty of space and large bathroom. All the staff very friendly and efficient, had a nice meal there - steak well cooked - and the breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients and served quickly and with a smile. The bar area was nice, log fire burning and lots of locals in there. One negative was the water temp in the shower - I imagine as it’s an old ...

„An excellent experience, the room was quiet and the windows opened fully to let in fresh air on a warm evening The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious including the generous cooked breakfast that was included in the charge for the stay. I would happily use Salwey Arms again.“
