"Es hat uns alles gefallen. Vom Check-In, dem freundlichen Personal und den sauberen Zimmern. Ok, die Aufzüge waren wirklich teilweise etwas ausgelastet, dafür entschädigt die zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants, Delis und Cafés dafür. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"An Exceptional Stay at Hyatt Regency Times Square – October 1–4, 2026 This was my third stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, I was welcomed and treated like a member of the Hyatt family. The warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay with the family truly unforgettable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with everything taken care of as quickly as possible. Our room on the 43rd floor was absolutely fantastic, offering a breathtaking view of Times Square. Watching Times Square come alive at night was simply indescribable! The room was perfect, with two comfortable queen beds, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as we had hoped. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square. Many of New York City's most famous attractions are within walking distance, and the 49th Street subway station is just a minute away. Everything you need is right around the corner. Breakfast at the hotel was also excellent and the perfect way to start each day in New York. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the manager, who once again made our family feel truly special. His kindness, personal attention, and outstanding hospitality made a real difference to our stay. Thanks to him and the entire team, we felt completely at Home. LG.B.Krasniqi"

"Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Zur Metro ist es nicht weit und es gibt diverse Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich bin schon öfters im Pod abgestiegen und gehe immer wieder in dieses Hotel."

"The room had a good size for NYC and was clean. For breakfast we recommend going to the Cave cafe as the options there are much bigger and taste better. Be aware that additional costs for state + city taxes as well as luggage store will apply."

"Super Lage und Manhattan zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig (Update beim Check-in erhalten) mit kleinem Kühlschrank. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und werde bei meiner nächsten Reise dort hoffentlich erneut einchecken."

"Der Check-in war sehr leicht und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Man hat sich schnell zurechtgefunden und die Zimmer sind sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir konnten Frühstück Essen und die Auswahl. So wie die Qualität des frühstücks war sehr gut. Vor allem die Lage um Manhattan zu erkunden, ist perfekt. Man ist in kurzer Zeit auf der fifth Avenue oder auf den Times square."
