„Perfect“

„Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Would definitely book again!“

„Rooms small and dark. Basic room with lots of street noise. Lobby needs a deep clean the cold air return on lower level where you make your first impression was covered in dirt and dust .“

„Lot‘s of restaurants in the area and convention center is in walking distance too. Great value for money. “

„Super Frühstück a la card im 1890 Restaurant nebenan. Preis Leistung super. Cleveland wirkt aber eher ausgestorben“

„Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one ...

„The Most unfriendly staff I‘ve ever seen in a Hotel. They Talk with each other, are extremely bored and walk around. And if you interrupt them with a question or something else they are unfriendly. Bed was not made, breakfast was a grab and go. Not worth the Money. “

„Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful.“

„We checked in and while I parked, my wife went to the room and some mans clothes were in there. She was freaked out and went back to the lobby where they gave her another room and comped the $20 parking. Only one room key worked. There was only decaf coffee in the room. The keurig machine didn't work. The phone in the room was broken. They did bring another keurig machine up about an hour and a half later, when we were getting ready to leave.“
