Located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany near the historical town of Citta di Castello, Villa Valentino is a restored rustic villa with private pool suited for 8 people. The area offers many places of interest to explore such as Arezzo, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Perugia and Trasimeno Lake.

Villa Valentino is split over two levels:

Ground floor: Traditional rustic living room with sofas and TV, internet access. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, four gas burners, microwave, toaster and kettle.

On this level there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a separate bathroom with shower.

First floor: Through the internal staircase you will access the upper floor where there are two air conditioned double rooms and one bathroom with bath and shower.

Lower floor: This floor is used for the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a shower room.

The exterior consists of a terraced pool (10m x 5m) with stunning views of the countryside and a veranda with BBQ and dining area with table and chairs.
