"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. "This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. The supermarket is a block and a half away."

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We...

"Me and my friend came to Parma to stay for the last harry styles concert of his tour and found it very hard to find somewhere to stay. These hosts were amazing and so helpful! They even upgraded us to a closer apartment to the train station after I told them I would be traveling by train. Best experience I’ve had so far!
