Cinemark Century Hilltop 16: Touren und Aktivitäten

Wir haben uns für drei Nächte dort aufgehalten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Der Außenberrich war ansprechend gestaltet.

First off: the price was decent for that we got. Freshly renovated with lots of cameras in the parking lot this hotel made a good impression on us. The guy at the frontdesk was very unprofessional. He did not mention any breakfast times nor where our room was actually located at. While we were unloading our car he walked up to the window and stared at us. Later I asked where the washing machine was located at and he replied “we don’t have one”. When I mentioned the pictures of it on Expedia he said “the rinse doesn’t work properly”. Anyhow we ended up using a Laundromat down the road. Whenever we wanted to have breakfast the next morning at 8:30 almost everything was gone and we ended up eating what was left - even when personell was around they did not restock. Again the guy from the frontdesk had an eye on us while we were eating and he creeped around trying to explain what items where which.. Another point is that he was dressed in sweat pants, a sweater and open sandals. Not the way I’d like to be greeted at the front desk of a hotel of any price category. Whenever we wanted to check out no one was present at the front desk and a cleaning lady told us to just leave the keys at the front desk. We wish we could have left some feedback right away. Other than that a clean, modern and comfortable hotel for a good price.
