+ Taxes: A 6% Texas State Hotel Occupancy Tax and a 7% Guadalupe County Hotel Occupancy Tax apply to stays of less than 30 consecutive days and are included in your reservation total.
Note: If a reservation is initially booked for fewer than 30 days and later extended beyond 30 days, taxes will still apply to the first 30 days of the stay. Any additional nights beyond 30 consecutive days are not taxable, in accordance with Texas regulations.
+ Guest receives a 100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival, less any non-refundable credit card or payment processing fees. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
+ Our property is professionally managed through OwnerRez. A designated Point of Contact (POC) is required for the main renter.
+ An electronic rental agreement will be sent via email and must be signed by the main guest to confirm the booking.
+ An electronic guidebook, including check-in instructions, house rules, and local recommendations, will be sent after booking.
+ A valid credit card is required to place a $500 security hold during the stay.
- This is not a charge, only a temporary hold to cover potential damages.
- The hold is released 1–2 days after checkout, pending a routine property inspection.
- The main guest will receive an email confirmation once the hold has been released.
+ Extended Stays: Stays of more than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 6 months, may be accepted subject to Owner approval and additional terms, including a refundable security deposit of up to $1,500, a monthly utility allowance, and biweekly housekeeping. Additional requirements will be provided before an extended stay is approved.
