„Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties ...

„We didn’t get to stay long because of the amount of rain that dumped on central Texas it flooded the rivers, which was not anyones fault. But the place was great. Cute perfect for our family and we will be going back to enjoy our stay. The owner was super helpful and communicated great with us during our stay. “

„The place was perfect for my family’s one night stay. The only thing we were disappointed about was not having an actual "hot" tub to soak in at the end of the day. There is a hot tub in the pool, but it is the same temperature as the pool. Other than that it was a great place. We enjoyed having the pool table too.“

„This home was perfect for our cousin trip. The many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchenettes gave everyone ample space to call their own. We loved having a guest house to use also. The private access to the river in our backyard made it super fun to spend the days and the huge fire pit was perfect for starry nights (and s'mores!). “

We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by.
