„Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Zimmer groß und ok. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer könnte erneuert werden.“

„Das Personal beim Check Inn war ehr unfreundlich. Auf den Hinweis, dass Handtücher fehlen würden, hat man wenig verständnisvoll reagiert. Zum Frühstück gab es Einweggeschirr. Einzig die Anbindung an das Netz des ÖPNV ist für dieses Hotel ein positiver Aspekt. “

„Vaughan ist ein Vorort von Toronto. Wir haben das Hotel nur gebucht, weil es relativ nah an der U Bahn zum Rogers Stadium liegt. Es hat alles gut gepasst. vor dem Frühstück muss man zur Rezeption um einen Gutschein zu holen, finde ich etwas unpraktisch. Und beim Frühstück musste man den warmen Teil (Eier, Wurst,...) extra zahlen. Das haben wir sonst auch nie gehabt.“

„Bakon im zimmer wäre sehr schön gewesen; leider liess sich die Tür nicht öffnrn. Und die Dusche hatte keinen Schlauch, war oben fest montiert. Für kleine Grössen wie mich ungeeignet. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Lobby - Shop. “

„The experience was exceptional. We booked a queen-size bedroom with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was too hard and old to be comfortable. A staff member checked in on us while we were having breakfast, and we mentioned the issue. They addressed it promptly by sending a clean and comfortable bed to our room. We really enjoyed our stay!“

„Really great facilities and incredibly kind staff, also towards our kids, especially at reception and bar. Very good value for money at the rate we have booked. Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto.“

„Einfach nur fantastisch. Mein Aufenthalt in Toronto war ungewollt – ich war durch einen Unfall in Südamerika gehbehindert. Das Hotel hat mir bei der Ankunft umgehend einen Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt, den ich während meines 9-tägigen Aufenthaltes nutzen konnte. Das gesamte Personal war nicht nur äusserst freundlich, sondern auch enorm hilfsbereit. Ich weiss nicht, was ich ohne die grösszügig Unterstützung und grosse Anteilnahme getan hätte. Das vielseitige und grosse Frühstücksbuffet ...

„Benefits of the hotel are a clean bedroom and free parking. Negatives include the breakfast (area way too small to accommodate all hotel guests, limited healthy options, some breakfast options consistently empty and not being refilled even 30mins before close). Also 2 elevators not sufficient for size of the building. Train station close to hotel not yet working, had to take the bus to Finch West to catch the train to downtown Toronto which increased the commute by an additional 30mins“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man hat Bus und Bahn in der Nähe, dazu gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder etwas klein aber sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat auch einen Swimming Pool und das Wasser ist schön warm.“
