„The hôtel is in the middle of the Izu Island and allows to start some visits on both sides . It is essential to have a car - the restaurants are available within 10 min drive . The breakfast is good but a lot of people - expect some waiting - Hotel works together with the La Forêt hotel and sharing some facilities ( ie. The pool on the Marriott side ) . The also organize massages in the hotel room - very good “
„Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer (Superior Kategorie) war sehr gross und die Aussicht ein Traum. Das Personal war super freundlich. Der Private Onsen war auch Klasse (ich würde die 90 Minuten empfehlen. Reservieren vorab per Mail war problemlos).
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wenn wir wieder mal in Takayama sind, dann kommen wir DEFINITIV in dieses Hotel zurück. Es war eine super Zeit. “

„Stay for 1 night after late arrival at Chubu Airport. Reception staff was really friendly. Bar to get one drink was already closed. Room was rather small, but obviously newly renovated and well equipped. We felt comfortable. Breakfast was for us only average level. Overall for one night ok to stay.“
„A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.“
