This stylish, single-level 1 bedroom home, plus sofa bed, features an open-plan layout that combines the kitchen, dining, living, areas seamlessly. The Queen-sized bed ensures a restful night’s sleep for two guests and the quality sofa bed can sleep 1-2 extra guests please note use of sofa bed is an additional charge.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals. You’ll also find extras like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and a selection of sweet treats.

Bed:
Rest comfortably on the Queen-sized bed with a plush topper and freshly laundered sheets. All linens are provided and ready for your arrival.

Lift Access:
No dragging suitcases up flights of stairs. You can go straight from your car to the lift and then to your single level apartment.

Car Park:
Your own car park within the gated complex makes getting to and from the home easy.

Wi-Fi:
Enjoy fast and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for both work and leisure activities.

The 50" smart TV offers live programs and access to your favorite streaming services for your entertainment.

Step out onto your balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for a relaxing break. Please note this space is shared with the neighboring unit B - there is a cloth divide between.

These are located outside the apartment in a shared space with the neighbouring unit B.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The property has 1 allocated parking space.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living apartment. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The home is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
