This Ohana property comes with all our standards, Amazon Alexa's for music and voice automation throughout.

The Space:
Very large lounge, dining, kitchen, and patio/outdoor BBQ & table. The garage has been fully converted to a games rooms, for the kids/teenagers. All bedrooms are on the second floor, and there is a bed in games rooms.

Very modern/newly finished home at the end of a shared driveway, 2 parking spots.

Note that one of the foldout beds is in the games room/garage. In Winter this is unavailable even though we have a dedicated heater in the room.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.

The Neighborhood:
Riccarton is a suburb located about 3.5 kilometers west of Christchurch city center. It is a relatively large suburb that includes the popular Westfield Riccarton shopping mall, the University of Canterbury, and several parks and recreational areas.

Riccarton is generally considered a safe and pleasant area to live in. It is home to a diverse population and offers a range of amenities and services, including good schools, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. However, like any urban area, crime can occur, and it's always a good idea to take appropriate safety precautions and be aware of your surroundings.

Getting Around:
Centennial Avenue in Riccarton, Christchurch is well-served by public transportation. There are several bus routes that run along or near Centennial Avenue, providing access to other parts of Christchurch.
