My husband and I designed and built this villa from the ground up. Every material, every appliance, every corner was chosen the way we'd want it for our own family, and we rent it out ourselves as private owners. My goal is simple: for you to have the kind of Phuket holiday you'll actually remember.

**Where you are: Grand View Residences Lagoon**

A brand-new gated estate of premium villas built in 2025, set right in the heart of Bang Tao. The community is quiet, private, and under 24/7 security. The streets inside are wide and traffic-free — perfect for walks with kids, evening strolls, and bike rides.

Easy walking distance inside the estate: shops, cafés, restaurants, a beauty salon, and padel and tennis courts.

**The villa at a glance**

Four bedrooms, 420 m² of living space, contemporary European design opened up by 8-meter ceilings and clerestory windows. Floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout, a warm palette of natural wood and gold accents, and true luxury-grade finishes down to the fittings.

**Living & dining**

The living room is the heart of the house — a double-height space with a huge, deep sofa that the whole family can disappear into. Entertainment runs on a Samsung 98" Neo QLED wired into a full home-cinema system with subwoofer, plus a Marshall speaker for the evenings when the music matters more than the film.

The kitchen is built for real family cooking, not just reheating takeout:
• Large side-by-side fridge with ice maker
• Induction hob, modern oven, and air fryer
• Dishwasher and wine fridge
• Nespresso Gran Lattissima coffee machine
• A proper set of cookware and beautiful tableware

The dining table seats eight and opens straight onto the BBQ terrace with a Weber grill — our favorite spot for long dinners with friends.

**Bedrooms & bathrooms**

The villa sleeps up to 8 (comfortably 6) across four bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a smart toilet (bidet) and a rain shower.

The master suite also has a freestanding bathtub, a hydromassage rain shower, and a floor-to-ceiling window looking into the garden. Two of the bedrooms double as quiet workstations with proper desks, for anyone who needs to log on for an hour.

**Pool & garden**

The 12 × 4-meter pool (1.5 m deep) runs on the Australian Magnapool system — chlorine-free, mineralized with magnesium. The water is genuinely silky on the skin: no red eyes, no chemical smell, no dry feeling after a long afternoon in the pool. For families with small children, sensitive skin, or anyone swimming every day of the holiday, it's a difference you notice on day one.

The 515 m² garden is landscaped in a restrained European style — manicured lawn, mature hedging, automatic irrigation. The covered BBQ terrace has premium outdoor furniture and a Weber grill. Morning yoga by the water, coffee in the garden, slow evenings over the lagoon.

A quick word about sun and shade: the villa was carefully positioned on the plot. Morning sun wakes you gently; by afternoon, the living room, terrace, and bedrooms are cool and shaded; evenings bring a real breeze down from the mountain.
