„O apartamento era bem confortável, estava bem limpo. Ficamos 7 dias e foi feito arrumação 1 vez neste período. A cozinha estava equipada com um frigideira, 2 panelas e utensílios para até 4 pessoas. A única questão é o chuveiro que não é bom, sai pouca água, de resto é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Local tranquilo, dá para ir a pé em mercado, restaurante, uma galeria com lojas, lanchonete, casa de câmbio e o metrô. “

„Zentrale lage aber ziemlich ruhig in eine schöne Strasse. Das Hotel sieht ein wenig "müde" aber ist trotzdem sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist gut und das Frühstück ist super. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich.“

„It is an appartment on the 9th floor of a 22-storey building. There is a little pool on the rooftop of the building, and they have a cardpark in the basement, 5 storeys underground. The appartment itself is rather small, but is equipped with everything necessary. The aircondition would benefit from some regular maintenance I suppose!“

„Nice location. Breakfast was ok. They didnt clean our room/apartment every day, but every two days. That was a minus. As well that they tried to give us a different room until we complained (tried to gove us a smaller room). Altogether it was ok but not as good as we expected. “

„Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß. Man hat eine kleine Küche und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Lage ist top, alles in der Nähe. Man kriegt am Abend Frühstück aufs Zimmer geliefert. Das Frühstück ist typisch chilenisch. Es gibt leider nur Toast, manchmal Obst und leider nur Instant-Kaffee. Achtung bei den Eiern: Wir haben sie roh geliefert bekommen. Dachten, sie wären gekocht. ;-) “

„We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job ...

„Perfect location for exploring Valpo by foot with a superb view from the rooftop terrace. The staff is super friendly and helpful with tips in the area, transfers to the airport in Santiago or just at the breakfast buffet. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The whole house seems to be very well managed.“

"Gute Lage, 7min von der UBahn Station entfernt. Cafes und Shops direkt nebenan. Sichere Gegend. Zimmer sind grosszügig, die Ablagefläche dürfte grösser sein."

I expected a better service, but…

"I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately. "
