„Missy at the front desk was apologetic that the elevator is under reno and tried to get us a room on a lower floor, but was unable. We appreciated her help with getting our bags up to the 3rd floor. And, the snack buffet and complimentary drink on arrival was unexpected and very welcome! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.“

„To be honest, I was expecting a run down and neglected motel. When we rolled for check-in we noticed that it appeared very well maintained and clean, given it's location right off of I75. The manager on duty was very friendly and we checked in within minutes. He was such a nice guy and made us feel welcome. „Nothing spectacular, but pretty good for a few days stay. Pool and fitness were nice and clean, staff was friendly. Didn't receive room service in 2 out of 5 days though, complaint was taken seriously. My daughter got a little birthday surprise, that was neat. Overall we can recommend to choose this hotel for a short stay.“

„Seems there are poor people living here long term who have no cars and walk for groceries, etc. Scary surroundings. Drunk man sleeping in a car passed out in early evening near the ice machine that does not work. No mattress pad on bed, just the sheet over the bare mattress...“
