„We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, and convenient to the interstate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. It could use a new set of cookware, but we were able to cook 2 basic pasta meals with the pots and pans that were there. We loved being able to park our car securely behind the back gate. We also loved that our pup had a yard to roam without having to be leashed. We would definitely stay here again. “

„The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. „My husband and I were in town to watch the Dave Matthews Band for 2 nights. When searching for a place to stay, location to the venue and good eateries were a must. We walked into our apartment and it was a whole vibe in itself. Beautiful hardwood floors, decor was top notch, spacious and clean - it was like I was a part of the band staying in my own little suite because it sits above a music store too. Our apartment overlooked Broad st. It was fun to people watch while enjoying a glass of wine ...

„My husband, daughter and I were in Richmond for our son’s graduation.The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Really nice near by restaurants and a vintage market on the weekend. Definitely recommend!“
