The shared laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Our cleaning team uses the laundry room between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so guests are kindly asked to avoid using it during those hours whenever possible.



Please keep all shared areas clean and remove personal belongings promptly after use.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Richmond’s Museum District, the studio offers convenient access to Carytown, local restaurants, museums, historic sites, and downtown attractions.



Carytown is a short drive away and is known for its shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment. Guests can also easily reach nearby museums, universities, event venues, and other popular Richmond destinations.



The surrounding neighborhood features tree-lined streets and a mix of residential and local businesses, making it a convenient location for both leisure and business stays.

Richmond International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away, depending on traffic.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS



We generally do not accept reservations from local guests, guests with a history of negative reviews, or newly created accounts without prior approval. Please contact us before booking if any of these conditions apply.



CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT



• Standard check-in time: 4:00 PM

• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM



Early check-in and late check-out must be requested at least one day in advance and are subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. When approved, the fee is $10 per hour.



Same-day requests generally cannot be accommodated. Unless written approval is provided, guests should plan for the standard check-in and check-out times.



PET POLICY



• Dogs only; cats are not permitted

• Maximum of two dogs per stay

• Pet fee: $35 per dog, per stay

• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Guests must clean up after their dogs

• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, stains, odors, or additional cleaning costs



PARKING



One free parking space is available per reservation in the rear parking area. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Detailed parking and access instructions are provided before check-in.



HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• No parties or events

• No unregistered overnight guests

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit



Guests may smoke on the shared front porch but must use the provided ashtray and dispose of all waste properly.



HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING



The unit has central heating and air conditioning. Guests cannot adjust the thermostat directly because it is located in a separate area. Please send us a message if you would like the temperature adjusted, and we will do our best to accommodate the request remotely.



A fan and space heater are available in the unit for additional comfort.



TRASH

The trash bin is located behind the building, along the alley.
