„A wonderful retreat nestled in forested neighbourhood with walking trails. Had to drive to amenities, but not far to Sidney or airport. Hosts were super, suite was well stocked with everything you needed. Special treat were the presence of two wonderful Golden Retrievers, two miniature ponies, and Topaz, the friendly horse. Had a great time (2 nights) and would absolutely stay again.“

„While we had a good night at this property, and the kitchen and common area were great, the place was not particularly clean, there was only one bathroom for 12 beds and the room and bathroom door locks were not functional. We did not know which room was ours and had to figure that out by finding someone who could tell us. It seemed that not all of the work was finished to get this property ready to use. That said, it was peaceful, quiet and calm. “

„Croften is a small town on Vancouver Island, so don´t expect too much. Everything essential, like little grocery, beer store, pub, etc. is available though. But there is something, you won´t find as perfect as in Crofton: A host like Dan. He "created" an appartement that doesn´t lack anything. „This was the perfect place for us 55+ year old ladies to have a peaceful reunion. 5 comfy beds with lots of seating for dinner! Tons of options for sitting outside as well. We so loved the covered BBQ area & access to the beach. The downstairs has a huge couch & ping pong table to to enjoy a match! Lots of wine tastings were within 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this gorgeous home!“

„This cozy trailer is on the owners property adjacent to the river. Many forest walks await with the provincial park nearby. If you are looking for a quiet location to recharge your batteries this is it. The bed was super comfy, bbq worked well and propane heater in the trailer worked well. Only thing lacking is wifi if you need it. Unplug and enjoy. You won’t regret it!“

„we stayed in the house with 5 people in August 2018. It is really a wonderful house with everything what you need. The children loved the bar, the Billiard game, the hot pool and the two deers who joined us in the morning. The adults enjoyed the silence and the great views to the Ocean. The owner is very friendly. A great place to stay! Nothing to add or change!“

„Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist nett und urig eingerichtet, auch wenn die Heizung des Hauses mit in der Wohnung ist. Das Schlafsofa ist bequem, das Bett auch. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von dem Haus der Vermieter. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab. Jedoch ist die Wohnung eher was für Erwachsene ohne Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum See sind es aber auch noch paar Autominuten. Die Landschaft und Wanderwege vor Ort sind super.“

„We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure.
