Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own.

- We have a 2 pet max. Additional pets may be considered with a fee. Please help keep our community beautiful by picking up after your pets!

-Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or the balcony area. If you do smoke please step outside of the first floor and do so away from the home and throw away any trash outside. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in termination of your reservation with no refund, and an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

Excessive Pet Hair Fee:
While we love hosting furry guests, excessive pet hair that requires additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover will result in a $60 additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! 🐾

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.!
