The staff are all phenomenal and take care of all your needs, including preparing incredible food each day and safely driving through challenging roadways. The weather is great - rainy season, but brief storms at times, and there are plenty of open air, dry areas to enjoy the view. "Über alles war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die meisten Angestellten war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Leitungsangestellte der Reception liess an Freundlichkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. (der 1. Eindruck ist so wichtig! Man bekommt nie eine 2. Chance für einen 1. Einsruck!!) Auch der ältere Chauffeur des Shuttlebusses war sehr unfreundlich. Schade für all die anderen Mitarbeiter. "
