Welcome to the Holy City, and the historic southern charm of the Charleston peninsula. Our VRBO is located in beautiful downtown Charleston and just minutes away from MUSC, the College of Charleston, and King Street’s shopping and nightlife. This is the perfect rental for exploring all that Charleston has to offer. You’ll find out quickly why Charleston has been voted #1 City in the U.S. by Conde Nast and Travel + Leisure.

Please note: There is ongoing construction nearby during daytime hours, which may cause some noise. We have taken steps to minimize its impact on your stay and are happy to answer any questions.

This elegant newly constructed Charleston house is ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for wedding, family gathering, or a larger group. This house is right off King Street, easy walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston's top restaurants and nightlife.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan's island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

Wonderful House in Perfect Location

Stayed here for a long weekend with some girl friends in Charleston. The house was in a prime location for walking distance amenities- and the house itself was in perfect condition. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for my family. My 17-year old daughter loved having a bathroom to herself. The highway noise made sleep difficult for me the 1st night, but to be fair, I never sleep well the 1st night in a new place. The host was very responsive to my communication. It's clear that some guests have been a bit rough with the property, but issues were very minor and are being addressed. Location was very convenient to get downtown AND to head out to Isle of Palms or Boone Hall Plantation.

Charleston Get Away

Location was good except for the traffic noises. The master bedroom closet could not be used due to bunk bed blocking the door. House could benefit with additional tvs. There was no cable which forced only streaming services. The luggage racks could stand to be replaced as some were broken. The layout of the house, towel presentation and overall feel of the house was great. The porch could stand a good cleaning. Good communication with the property manager and cleanliness of the property was a big plus! Thank you.

Comfy and Close

Cute, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Ten minutes from everything. Smart layout for baths and bedrooms. Very nice to have the half bath downstairs. Adaquate space for all to gather in kitchen area and den area. Front porch is perfect with rockers and couch. Located close to highway and traffic noise is constant early to late. Parking off street is nice, but the driveway is very tight. Improvement could be made with the lighting in the back bath. Water from refrigerator was not working and it took a long time for ice to be made. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can't say enought about the communication with rentors/owners. Thanks so much!!!!

Disappointed. Thankful it was only 2 nights!

The picture was VERY misleading. Need a chair/Seat in bedrooms. House not spacious as it appears in pictures. All 7 of us crowded in living room...only TV was downstairs in living room. Could not lower blinds in bathroom. Used fitted sheet to cover window facing busy highway. Parking is ridiculous! Very narrow path, can't call it a driveway! barely rooom to open car to exit...a Ford Edge!! AND there were large weeds ...had to step among the brush getting in and out of car. House located dead-end street. Construction next door!! Trash cans (4-5) overflowing along the street when I arrived and left. Have pictures to post. Bunk Beds in one bedroom squeaky...all 4 of them. Faucet sprayer in kitchen does not re-attach without manually pushing back into faucet. Good points: old floors nicely restored Bathrooms clean, modern, updated nicely. Larger walk-in showers. Kitchen area very nice as well. Air conditioning very comfortable and cool. Loved the extra touch with bows on tissue and paper towels..

Great place, very convenient

The home is lovely, 3 BR 2 1/2 BA, large enough for our group. Shower head sprayed all over, so it was difficult to get all wet and clean but not impossible. Living Rm furniture needs to be cleaned. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
