This adorable Charleston single (top unit) is great for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.



The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

The property manager was responsive and the unit was clean. At check in, we thought it was a blue house (which is next door) and the house is actually grey. Property Manager did state he would be updating the listing. Some of the furniture was broken at check in (nothing that made the place unlivable). I made the property manager aware and he stated he would have them fixed after our exit. Lastly, we couldn't park at the unit we had to park two blocks away at a paid parking lot. Property management did reimburse us for the paid parking. So all in all the property manager was very accomodating for any hiccups we incurred. Would stay there again now that I have foresight.

Good property but the listing is not accurate

Our group had a great time! The property was clean and the check in/check out process was easy. The listing mentioned a king bed in the loft, but there wasn’t one in the unit and there was no bed in the loft. Instead there was a full/queen pull out couch in the main living area and an air mattress we blew up. This was a surprise and made things a bit challenging for us, as it was a key factor in choosing the property. Also, the loft is accessed via a steep ladder, not a staircase so it would not be accessible for some groups.

Property was as described. Be aware there is a lot of street noise; otherwise, we enjoyed the residence. Everyone commented having a bathroom in every bedroom was a plus. We would stay again.

Ladies Reunion

We had seven ladies and were very comfortable. Its a nice location with fast uber pick ups and drop offs. Walking distance to the grocery store, bus stop right in front and walking distance to King Street on the North end. With so many bed rooms and bathrooms no one needed to wait long to get dresser. Plenty of room for card games and gathering in the kitchen and living room. Weather was nice so an evening on the front porch was perfect and very Charleston! I would suggest this rental to any of my friends and family without hesitation.

We had a great time, the house layout was great for large groups. Every room having it's own bathroom was great. The parking was in a weird area, but not far. Definitely recommend Cypress Gardens and Savannah Beach 😊
